Service Redesign Working Group Remit

  • Develop national and local frameworks for implementation of Enhanced Services, including liaison with OOH group to redesign OOH services
  • Provide guidance relating to provision of 24 hour integrated unscheduled care
  • Develop local maps of the “opt in” and “opt out” issues and identify common gaps in services
  • Collate and share experience and examples of good practice
  • Help to build the incentives to encourage positive adoption of new service designs
  • Assist the service to identify and manage barriers to change
  • Contribute to forging sound relationships across NHS Boards
  • Provide a source of expertise and experience to NHS Scotland
