Remit
As part of the Quality and Outcomes Working Group the Winter Group has been established to produce guidance for the Quality Outcomes Framework (QOF) and define training needs for practice visits for 2005/06 onwards. The 4 main points have been outlined as:
- must be robust - must meet audit criteria
- need for consistency
- need for simplicity - easily understood
- achievable - development training programme
