Pay Modernisation Boards
As part of the implementation of Pay Modernisation across NHS Scotland each NHS Board has established a local Pay Modernisation Board. These local Pay Modernisation Boards are responsible for leading the implementation process at a local level and ensuring that pay modernisation supports the achievement of key local NHS targets and service change. This section provides information on the activities and meetings of the local Pay Modernisation Boards, and supports the sharing of ideas and approaches across the service. This page also links to the Pay Modernisation HDL which describes the approach to fully realising the benefits of Pay Modernisation required of NHS Scotland.
